I was responsible for the identification and provision of targeted programs (with a focus on eLearning) design, development projects and internal staff professional development programs aligned to business needs in support of the learning and teaching goals of the School of Vocational Education.
I also assisted the IT Team with the development of custom CSS and HTML5 based templates to assist the university migrating from Blackboard LMS to Instructure Canvas.
Department of Health Victoria
I was engaged to develop and deliver an eLearning program for the Department of Health involving the design, development, delivery and evaluation of on-line interactive and face to face training modules. The program involved the production of over 400 eLearning artefacts to support approximately 40,000 doctors, nurses and administrators in delivering clinical care via a new state-wide clinical system to be rolled out for the Victorian Public Hospital Service.
I designed all templates for all training artefacts including eLearning demonstrations, exercises and assessments and facilitator guides and face to face presentations as well as user and quick reference guides.
